Reservations

No deposit required! Pay cash ONLY once delivery is complete. To reserve, will require full name, contact number, physical address of where the event is being held and an e-mail in order to add to the calendar.

Cancellation

If need to cancel a reservation for any given reason, please provide 24-48 hour notice prior to the event so we can plan accordantly.

Delivery

Delivery window is between 7 am to 1 pm. We will pick up next day between 7 am to 1 pm.

Set-Up

It will take approximately 15-20 minutes to set up a unit, inspect for safety, check operation and go over the contract guidelines. If the reservation is a waterslide, set up time is between 20- 30 minutes.

Bounce Houses require a minimum space of 20’x20′ square feet and a height of 17 feet.

Combos require 36’x18′ square feet and a height of 18 feet.

Waterslides require a space of 40’x18′ square feed feet and either 18 feet or 22 feet tall.

A household electrical outlet must be available within 50 feet of where the unit will be placed.

If the reservation is a waterslide, a water outlet must be accessible within 50 feet of the slide.

We provide all the necessary items required for set-up. 

Payment:

All payments are due cash once the reserve set up is complete.

Loss of Power:

When there is a loss of electrical power, the unit will slowly start to deflate. It is important to stay calm should this happen. If this occurs, an adult should help all users safely exit the unit.

Once everyone has exited the unit, check if the on/off switch has been turned off or if the blower has become unplugged.

If power connection is unplugged, reconnect the power back in and watch the inflatable come back to life.

Another trouble shooting solution is check the breaker to make sure a switch did not trip. If all fails, feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to assist.

Weather:

Should heavy rain, extreme winds and most importantly, lighting, please evacuate the unit as quickly and safely as possible. Wait until the weather clears before proceeding with the fun.

Damage:

If the reservation becomes damaged while in operation, contact us immediately. Do not attempt to continue operation of the unit. Customer will be responsible for any damage that does not result from the normal use of the unit.

Pick-Up:

Here at Island Party Rentals, we will pick up the reservation the next day. No need to only rent for a few hours, we will pick up the next day anywhere between 7 am to 4 pm on the next day.
